APL is a Metro Manila-based firm specializing

in townhouses, residential establishments, arena, commercial buildings, resorts, events place & restaurants.

Having been in this business for over 20 years. It is our firm belief that buildings should not only respond to physical, economic, cultural
and historic influences but should also contribute positively to their surrounding environment. Our creations are inspirational spaces which integrate the best practice with leading edge design.

AR. PHILIP LU

Ar. Philip Lu, the driving force behind APL Architects, is a luxury home and resort architect who crafts spaces that resonate with their surroundings. His designs seamlessly integrate physical, economic, cultural, and historical influences, while also prioritizing positive environmental contributions.

Since establishing APL in 2002, Philip has continued to share his expertise in design, both locally and internationally. He remains dedicated to using his leading-edge design and techniques to transform lives and create spaces that inspire.

Here’s a quick timeline of his architectural and design journey throughout the years.

1990

- Graduated with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Architecture at Adamson University

1992

- Passed the Licensure Examination for Architects

1992 - 1998

- Joined DP Architects Pte. Ltd. in Singapore

- Played a major role in the development of the famous Marina Square Leisureplex under Marina Centre Holdings in Singapore

- Involved in DP Architects’ big development projects in Kuala Lumpur, Myanmar, and China

1999

- Hailed as the “Youngest Associate Architect” of DP Consultants Inc., Philippines

2000

- Hailed as “Youngest Director” of the restructured DPM Consultants, Inc., Philippines

2002

- Started his own architectural firm - APL Architects
